Please note that all Enfuse Jewelry pieces are locally handmade. We do our best to create jewelry as featured in our product photographs. As these pieces are handcrafted, please allow for slight variations in shapes, sizes, textures, and colors.
Our Premier line is likely to have more variation due to its more artisan focus and limited production pieces. Photographs of jewelry variances will be provided. Again, we aim to be as accurate as possible in accordance to the design, aesthetic, and provided descriptions.
Payment is required in full prior to shipment of any Enfuse Jewelry pieces. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.
All transfers conducted through Enfuse Jewelry are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection.
All packages are sent First Class Parcel Post through via USPS. Once payment is received, orders are packaged and shipped within 3 business day.
Enfuse Jewelry pieces are not intended for children to wear or handle without adult supervision. Jewelry is beautiful and tiny, so please watch little ones.
Enfuse Jewelry reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. In the event of a product being sold out, Enfuse Jewelry has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. Enfuse Jewelry shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
You are entitled to an exchange or refund within 14 days of your purchase. Please note that the product must be returned unused, in original packaging including all tags. Shipping costs (including returned shipping) are nonrefundable.
