Black Orchid - comfortable, casual, polished

What do you think of when I say "comfortable wear?" Sweats? T-shirt and jeans? I love that comfortable doesn't have to mean any less put-together. The trick is to wear pieces that feel good and make you feel good. Keeping it simple, with a classic combinations and colors, makes casual chic comfy. 

With 2014's "color of the year," being vibrant orchid, it's fitting to spice up the nails accordingly. Where would you wear this outfit?

What do you think of when you hear "minimalist" to describe style? Boring? Plain? Monochrome?  Minimalism in fashion can be profound. Keeping things clean and simple can really let the thoughtfulness and detail shine through. How would you describe your fashion?

While there are different definitions of minimalism in fashion, here, we're talking about visual impact, not amount of things owned. For this look, we want to keep it simple by using a select few colors: black, white, cobalt, and yellow (we're a little color obsessed here, so it can't be all black and white).
